A restaurant on the 800 block of 51st Street East was held up last night (wed) by an armed robber. Police responded around 11:15 and were told the suspect had a handgun and got away with a small amount of cash. Police were unsuccessful in tracking the man. He is white, about 5’5″, in his mid 20’s, and was wearing a black jacket over a green hoodie, blue jeans, and burgundy runners. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
