Mike Davis is shifting responsibilities with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Davis is moving from an office as Manager of Player Personnel to on the field on Craig Dickenson’s coaching staff as a Defensive Assistant, overseeing the defensive line. He replaces Mike Scheper who was let go two weeks ago by the Green and White. Davis is in his fourth year with the Riders. Following is the news release from the Roughriders…

MIKE DAVIS JOINS ROUGHRIDER COACHING STAFF AS DEFENSIVE ASSISTANT
The Saskatchewan Roughriders announce Mike Davis has been added to the coaching staff as a Defensive Assistant.
Davis has shifted from his former role as the Manager of Player Personnel to oversee the defensive line.
This is Davis’s fourth season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders after joining the team in 2016.
Prior to coming to the Roughriders, Davis was the head coach of the Nebraska Danger of the Indoor Football League.
