52 year old William Richard Tuttle of Canora is facing a charge of First Degree Murder after Canora RCMP were called to a residence there last Friday night around 10:15. Police and EMS arrived to find a 59 year old woman suffering life-threatening injuries. She died at the scene. Tuttle is scheduled to make his first appearance in Yorkton Provincial Court today via phone. He is in the Regina Correctional Centre. The investigation into the case continues.
