An 18 year old woman is facing two impaired-driving related charges as well as Evading Police. Around 5:20 Tuesday afternoon, officers noticed a vehicle that was being driven erratically near Idylwyld and 22nd Street. Police say the driver began driving evasively, eventually turning down a back alley on the 300 block of Avenue D North. The vehicle was blocked by police vehicles and the driver was arrested. It was learned that this same vehicle had refused to stop earlier in the day as well. Two male passengers had also been arrested but they were later released without charges.
