A bizarre armed robbery in Esterhazy just before eight o’clock Tuesday night. RCMP say a man and a woman entered a business on Kennedy Drive demanding money; the woman, reportedly, carrying a handgun. One employee disarmed the woman while another worker called 9-1-1. The male suspect left the building, got into a white 2008 Ford F250, and began ramming the front door of the business. The female was released, got into the truck, and the two drove off. The truck had been reported stolen from the Whitewood area. The licence plate is 218 ILB. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Esterhazy RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
