A 37 year-old man is in custody after a robbery on Friday night.
Saskatoon Police responded to a robbery call at 10:13p.m., at Spadina Crescent West and Ave E South.
Officers arrived and located an uninjured 26 year-old man who was reportedly robbed of his cell phone, vehicle keys and wallet. The suspect is unknown to the victim.
The suspect was located nearby and arrested after a short foot pursuit in the 400 block of Ave H South.
The 37 year-old man is facing a charge of robbery and will be brought before a Justice of the Peace on Saturday.
The victim’s property was not recovered as the suspect made numerous yard crossings. The Saskatoon Police ask the public to check their property in the area to assist the victim in recovering his property.
