The body of a missing 23 year old who tried to rescue a woman from drowning has been found.
Saskatchewan RCMP say his body was recovered around 11:30 Thursday morning from Bittern Lake.
Montreal Lake RCMP report that last Saturday afternoon, a boat carrying 8 people were on the lake and waves were crashing over the boat, which swept a woman overboard.
The 23 year old jumped in after her.
She resurfaced, but he didn’t.
