Update: Saskatoon Police report Samara has been found safe.

Saskatoon Police are looking for the public’s help in locating a 12 year old girl. Samara Lafond-Pechawis was last seen on Thursday at 7 pm in the 1200 block of McCormack in the city’s Parkridge neighbourhood. She went to the park with a friend.

Samara is Indigenous, 5’3″, 120 pounds, slim build, should length dark brown hair with dyed faded blue/green streaks and brown eyes. When last seen she was wearing a blue hoodie, faded torn jeans, a black t-shirt and dark converse runners.
