The Saskatchewan Health Authority has issued a public notification that an individual who has since tested positive for COVID-19, visited the Regina International Airport and was likely infectious.
The person was there on Sunday, August 23rd between 12:30 and 2 PM and was in several area, including the Tim Horton’s in the secure area of the airport prior to boarding a flight.
The person isn’t from Saskatchewan, so the SHA says the home province will provide further information about flights.
If you were at the airport around that time, the SHA advises to monitor for symptoms for 14 days from the date of exposure and if you have symptoms, immediately self-isolate and call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing.
