A 25 year old woman and a 29 year old man are facing drug and weapon charges after an investigation by the Prince Albert Police Integrated Crime Reduction Team. On August 26th, just before 11 p.m., police made a traffic stop on the 14 hundred block of 28th Street East. Officers allege finding drugs, an air soft handgun, cell phones and cash. A search warrant at a nearby residence turned up more drugs, cash and counterfeit currency and cheques. Officers seized more than 400 grams of methamphetamine, 14 grams of crack cocaine, and more than $23 hundred cash.
