Saskatchewan Health Authority is notifying the public of the possibility of increased COVID-19 exposure at business in Saskatoon. The SHA says that an individual who tested COVID-19 positive was at the following business when the individual was likely infectious:
- August 22 – Co-Op Gas Bar, Molland Lane, from 5:30 pm-6:15 pm
Public Health officials are advising individuals who were at this location on the specified date during the specified time to immediately self-isolate if they have had or currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and to call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing. All other individuals who are not experiencing symptoms should self monitor for 14 days. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
This is the latest announcement, with the SHA cautioning of possible exposure at multiple businesses this week.
