The five-time defending Canadian Bowl Champion Saskatoon Hilltops open their 2019 Prairie Football Conference regular season Sunday in Winnipeg against the Rifles. Once again, 92-9, THE BULL is the broadcast home for Hilltops football. The broadcast of the opening game starts at 11:30 a.m. with play-by-play at Noon. The Toppers first home game isn t until Saturday, September 7th against the Regina Thunder. Game time is 7 p.m. at Saskatoon Minor Football Field.
The Prairie Football Conference opens its 2019 regular-season Saturday, August 17th when Calgary visits the Edmonton Huskies.

It’s day two of the University of Saskatchewan Huskies football training camp. There are two workouts today at 8;30 a.m. with another slated for 11;15 a.m. The Green-and-White intrasquad game is set for 3 p.m. on Friday August 23.
The defending Canada West Conferece Champion Huskies open the regular season Friday August 30th in Winnipeg against the Manitoba Bisons. Countdown to kick-off on CJWW starts at 5 p.m. with game time set for 6 o’clock. The home opener at Griffths Stadium is Friday Sept 6th at 7 p.m. against the U-B-C Thunderbirds.

The Saskatchewan Rattlers return home Thursday on fan appreciation night to close out their regular season schedule against the Guelph Nighthawks. The Rattlers are riding a five game winning streak including last week’s home and home sweep against first place Edmonton and have an 11-8 record in the Canadian Elite Basketball League. Guelph is hoping to end a two-game slide and are 5-14. Opening tip-off at SaskTel Centre will be at 7 p.m. The Snakes are also hosting the final-four championship weekend on August 24 and 25.
