A Saskatoon man has learned the hard way that excessive speeding leads to a big fine in Saskatchewan. In Yorkton Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), the judge was told a driver was traveling through the Yorkton area, when he was clocked at 131 in an 80 kilometre per hour zone. Because his speed was more than 50 kilometres over the posted speed limit, the fine came to 809 dollars.
