An autopsy was conducted on human remains that were found inside a home in the 400 block of Avenue G South earlier this week, but there are no new details to report at this time. The Saskatoon Police Service says further medical testing by the Coroner’s Service is necessary before the identity can be confirmed. Tuesday evening, police were told there may be an injured or deceased person at a home in the 400 block of Avenue G South. Human remains were found inside, and the Major Crime Section began a homicide investigation.
