Another positive COVID-19 case is being linked to possible exposure at numerous Regina businesses.
This just a day after a notice was given to users of Regina Transit of a likely infectious person who had been on buses earlier in the month.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is now notifying the public that a person who has tested COVID-19 positive visited the following businesses in Regina when they were likely infectious, on the following dates:
- Tim Horton’s – Victoria Square – Sept. 17 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Superstore Golden Mile – Sept. 17 6:45- 7:15 p.m.
- Urban Planet – 921a Albert Street – Sept. 18 11 a.m.- 12 noon
- Costco – 2110 Anaquod Road – Sept. 18 12 noon-1:30 p.m.
Public Health officials are advising individuals who were at these business locations on the specified dates during the specified times to immediately self-isolate if they have had or currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and to call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing. All other individuals who are not experiencing symptoms should self monitor for 14 days. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
