That cougar spotted on the doorbell cam in Moose Jaw is being tracked through the downtown by Conservation Officers. It was spotted by the Co-op about a block from the city’s Main street mid-morning.

Moose Jaw Police say a doorbell camera caught an unwanted visitor on video. It was a cougar. They got the call at 12:15 a.m. this morning. The cougar was spotted in the 900 block James Street which is near two schools and the Kinsmen Sportplex. Conservation officers were notified and will be checking the surrounding areas. Police immediately responded but did not spot the big cat. The public is reminded not to approach or try to chase off the cougar. Call Moose Jaw Police with further sightings.
