The Federal and Provincial Governments have announced $75.3 million in joint funding to improve highways in the province. The project involves building four sets of passing lanes on Highway 4 and repaving about 220 kilometres of 12 highways including numbers: 1, 4, 6, and 14. The feds are providing $32.7 million and the province is putting in $42.6 million.
