A 20-year-old Prince Albert man is facing four counts of committing an indecent act and two charges of obstruction of a peace officer.

Alex Norman Morin made his first appearance at Prince Albert provincial court on Monday morning after being arrested following incidents along the Rotary Trail over the past few months. Morin was arrested this past Saturday, around 5 p.m., at the scene of the fourth and most recent incident when police were called to the portion of Rotary Trail near Blackwood Drive. Prior to that, incidents were reported on June 25th and July 7th along Rotary Trail near 24th Street West while a July 20th incident was on the trail near 9th Avenue West.
