Two people are facing charges after a suspicious vehicle was reported on the 500 block of Devonshire Crescent around 3:30 this morning (mon).
Officers allegedly found a man in the driver’s seat along with drug paraphernalia in plain view. As officers were taking him into custody, they allegedly found him in possession of a taser.

Police say a woman approached them and attempted to obstruct officers from making the arrest. She was taken into custody.

Police say in searching the vehicle they found 63.5 grams of methamphetamine, two knives, and other paraphernalia, and packaging materials associated to the trafficking of drugs.

A 20-year-old woman is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Obstruction. The 29-year-old man is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Carrying a Concealed Prohibited Weapon, and Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon.
