Prince Albert Police are looking for additional information after a 19 year-old man was charged with attempted murder, and may have hitchhiked earlier the same day.
Trent Fox, made his first court appearance in Prince Albert Friday morning. He was arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with an incident that occurred at a business in the 3200 block of 2nd Ave West in Prince Albert at approximately 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
Upon further investigation, it is alleged that Mr. Fox hitchhiked to Prince Albert from North Battleford earlier on that evening.
The Prince Albert Police Service would like to speak with anyone who might have been in the vehicle that brought Mr. Fox to Prince Albert on Wednesday, October 14th. It is not believed that any occupants of this vehicle were involved in a criminal offence in any way, but police would like to speak with the member or members of the public who interacted with Mr. Fox.
Fox was wearing a red Chicago Blackhawks toque, camouflage pants and a grey sweater when he was picked up on his way to Prince Albert.
