If you are not comfortable or unable to vote on November 9th in the civic election, you have many other options.
Saskatoon Returning Officer, Scott Bastian, says you can vote by mail or online, and the deadline for applications is October 30th.
The number of requests for these ballots has increased exponentially.
Bastian says in 2016 there were 200 applications and this time around with 2 weeks left to apply, they are around the 6,000 mark.
There are also ten advance polls available with various times between October 30th and November 5th, with 31 different opportunities in total.
One of those is drive-through voting on November 1st at the Saskatoon Access Transit building on 46th Street.
Bastian explains that vehicles will be directed in one end and out the other, and he expects it will be a busy day.
