Naomi Hunter of the Saskatchewan Green Party accuses the Previous Sask. Party government of adding billions of dollars to our collective debt. She points to the Regina Bypass which she said had an estimated cost of $400 million but ended up costing $2 billion. She says the Sask. Party also wasted millions of dollars on healthcare reform by hiring foreign consultants and also gave a Sask Party corporate donor a $60 million medical contract after they shut down the Saskatchewan Transportation Company. Hunter says the Global Transportation Hub is layer upon layer of shady deals and secrecy. She says the government also gave away land deals to their member donors at 20 times the original price.
