They didn’t get the garage door closed quickly enough.
Saskatoon Police say three men were arrested after officers discovered a stolen ATV, methamphetamine and alleged break-in tools.
Officers knocked on the overhead garage door at about 3:30 Tuesday morning to investigate a noise complaint involving loud hammering and a car alarm in the 200-block of Waterloo Crescent.
The suspects opened the door slightly and tried to close it after noticing police outside.
The 18, 28 and 42-year-old men are facing four charges each.
