A 22-year-old man is facing charges of Dangerous Driving, Impaired Driving, Refusal of Breath Demand, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, and breach of court order after police started getting reports of a suspected impaired driver Saturday morning. Around 3:20, multiple reports came in of a black Dodge truck driving erratically and at high rates of speed. Patrol officers found the vehicle in the 300 block of McCormack Road but the driver made a southbound turn onto Arrand Crescent where the vehicle was parked half in a driveway and half on the roadway. The driver was arrested. Police allegedly found several empty alcoholic beverage containers and a homemade spiked club in the vehicle.
