A water line break Thursday morning at Royal University Hospital is the cause of a drinking water advisory from the Saskatchewan Health Authority at R-U-H…as well as at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre.
No potable water is available for patients or staff at any of these facilities until further notice. Bottled water is being provided for patients and staff, although all patients and their designated support persons are advised to bring their own disposable water source if they are coming to R-U-H, J-P-C-H or the S-C-C until further notice. Refillable water bottles should not be used and/or brought on site in order to prevent the possible spread of infection, including COVID-19.
