The city of Saskatoon is about to get more festive.

Seasonal decorations are going up on city bridges starting Monday and the city says this work will impact traffic. The University Bridge will see work on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. while the Broadway Bridge will be decorated on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The city explains due to the time it takes to install the decorations, the work needs to start early.

The city says that these will be moving work zones and will impact traffic in both directions, road users are reminded to slow down in work zones.

The city adds that decorations will not be turned on until after November 11th.
