A Moose Jaw man, who says he was the one who organized the gathering that saw more than the 15 allowed by the province, has started a GoFundMe page to help pay for the fine.

Lucas Howard says he knows the consequences of his actions, but he works part-time, has rent to pay, and can’t afford the ticket.

At publication, the page has raised just 455 dollars.
