Scott Moe is in self-isolation and will do so through this coming Sunday.
A Saskatchewan Health Authority P-S-A is what prompted Premier Moe to take a COVID-19 test and go into self-isolation at his home in Shellbrook Monday morning. The Saskatchewan Premier is not experiencing any novel coronavirus symptoms. He says the potential exposure happened at Original Joe’s in Prince Albert on Sunday, November 15 where Moe had lunch with family members following a death in the family. Other contacts of Premier Moe’s since then have been advised to self-monitor, including his staff, cabinet or those who took part in a new conference on Tuesday, November 17. Premier Moe will remain in self-isolation through this Sunday. In the meantime, preparations for the Throne Speech and subsequent Legislative session will continue with Premier Moe working remotely from his home. He will be sworn-in as the M-L-A for Rosthern-Shellbrook at a later date prior to the Throne Speech, instead of on Wednesday when all M-L-A’s will be sworn-in.
