Saskatoon Police say they spotted a stolen Cadillac Escalade near 11th Street West and Avenue P South around 7 o’clock Wednesday evening.
A traffic stop was conducted when the vehicle was seen parked at a restaurant at 11th Street and Dawes Avenue.
Police allege the driver was concealing a rifle on his person as well as multiple cell phones and a scale. Officers also seized from inside the vehicle methamphetamine, a pipe, ammunition and cash.
A 32-year-old Saskatoon man is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Stolen Property under $5000. He is also facing nine firearms-related offences.
