Regina Police have laid a charge of First Degree Murder in connection with the disappearance in 1997 of 53 year old Patrick Cyril Thauberger; and, it is his 78 year old brother who has been charged. Patrick Thauberger was reported missing in September of 1997. As part of the 23 year old case, Regina police say multiple investigational strategies were under taken. Then, on Sunday, Joseph George Thauberger was arrested. He has also been charged with Offering an Indignity to a Body and Uttering Threats. He was to make his first appearance in Provincial Court Monday.
