Four people are facing over 50 charges after a vehicle stop early Monday morning.
Around 2:20, patrol officers watched a suspicious vehicle in the area of Stanley Place and Idylwyld Drive. One of the passengers was recognized as having an outstanding warrant for his arrest. As officers were taking the 24-year-old into custody, they allegedly found him to be in possession of a firearm. As a result, all the occupants were arrested. Police say they also found another firearm, ammunition, and two machetes.
Once they arrived at detention, police allege a 40-year-old man was in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine.
Along with the two men, two women, ages 21 and 32, are facing a combined total of 54 charges.
