A vehicle stolen out of Meadow Lake on December 7th was spotted at a gas station on Highway 16 in Sherwood Park Alberta three days later. RCMP stopped it and another associated vehicle and arrested four people, two of whom were later released without charges. Police allege that when they searched the stolen vehicle, they seized a loaded sawed off rifle, a plastic version of brass knuckles, bear spray, and what is believed to be 13 grams of cocaine. 31 year old Shelinda Vallier of Green lake, Saskatchewan faces 10 criminal charges, and 34 year old Gerald Sinclair of Green Lake, Alberta faces 18 criminal charges. Both are in court Tuesday.
