Moose Jaw Police have seized tens of thousands of illegal cigarettes. On December 8th, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the RM of Moose Jaw regarding an investigation into illegal and unstamped tobacco and cigarettes.

They allegedly seized about 34,000 cigarettes, about 900 grams of marijuana, four firearms, and over $6,000.00 cash. The estimated street value of the seizure is $ 17,000.

Several Criminal charges have been laid against Kelly David Seida of the RM of Moose Jaw. He has been released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court February 8th. Police continue to investigate.
