A 32 year old man was taken into custody  Wednesday morning after a domestic dispute that ended in police deploying a Conducted Energy Weapon.
Shortly after one o’clock, officers responded to an unknown 911 call at a residence in the 900 block of 15th Street East.
Police say a man in the residence was in breach of his court conditions. When officers tried to take him into custody they allege that he fought and tried to disarm one of them. An officer tasered the man who was taken into custody without further incident.

He is charged with two counts of Assaulting a Police Officer, Attempting to Disarm a Police Officer, and two counts of Breach of Release Order.
Because of the use of the taser, the incident will be reviewed in accordance with policy.
