It was back to school this morning (Mon) for Saskatoon’s public and Catholic school divisions, and all classes are back in their respective buildings.
However, the high schools at both divisions remain at Level 3 in the province’s Safe Schools plan.
That means online and in-person classes on alternate days.
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools says its high schools with over 600 students, at Holy Cross, St. Joseph, Bethlehem and Bishop James Mahoney, are alternating their schedules, which is called blended learning.
It’s the same at Saskatoon Public Schools.
Collegiates remain at Level 3 with an alternating day schedule, so half the students are in the classroom today and the rest are back in their school buildings tomorrow.
