Central Avenue’s Northbound right turning lane will be closed at Garvie Road on Monday starting at 8 a.m. Crews will be performing road and water main work and it’s expected to be completed Tuesday afternoon at around 4 p.m. Weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
