The City of Saskatoon says that, starting Tuesday, crews will begin pruning trees on civic property in City Park North, Varsity View South, Kelsey Woodlawn, and Richmond Heights. It’s part of the City’s Boulevard Tree Maintenance Program. The work in these neighbourhoods will continue until March 31st.
The city says that the program follows a regular cycle to help preserve the health of the City’s tree inventory, as well as to eliminate hazards and provide clearances from buildings, signs, streetlights and utility wires.
