A woman who is alleged to have taken a four month old boy from his mother in November was tracked down New Years Eve on the One Arrow First Nation. An arrest warrant was issued for 26 year old Tori Sutherland after Wakaw RCMP responded to a report of several disturbances on the First Nation November 14th where a child had been taken from his mother.  The child was found unharmed by his mother at a home on the First Nation. Police say the child was separated from his mom for about 30 to 45 minutes. In an earlier news release, RCMP reported that the victims and the suspect knew each other.
