The Prince Albert Police Service has issued a Canada-wide warrant for a man wanted in connection to the investigation of the death of 21 year old Madison Bird-Simaganis.
On January 10th, police responded to a vehicle driving erratically and found a man in the front seat suffering from life threatening injuries.
He was taken to hospital, but died on January 13th.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 26 year old Joseph Curtis Madden, who also goes by Curtis Madden.
He has a tattoo of a cross on his left hand between his thumb and forefinger and a tattoo of Madden on his right forearm
