Saskatoon Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred Tuesday night.

Around 11:15 p.m., Patrol officers were sent to a home in the 800 block of 6th Street East for a report of an injured person. they found a 24-year-old man suffering from non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital. Further reports said the man had been shot in a parking lot in the 1500 block of 8th Street East.

This incident is not believed to be random. Members of the Serious Assault Unit are investigating. If you have any information about this incident, you are asked to call police or Crime Stoppers .
