Iowa offensive lineman Alaric Jackson remains the top prospect on the Canadian Football League Scouting Bureau’s rankings, while Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard joining the list at third after declaring for the N-F-L Draft.

The C-F-L Scouting Bureau publishes rankings of the Top 20 prospects eligible for the C-F-L Draft three times annually. The Winter Edition, the second rankings ahead of the 2021 C-F-L Draft, were released Wednesday. U of S Huskies’ defensive back Nelson Lokombo dropped a few spots to 19th from 14th.
