Prince Albert Police have confirmed that a man wanted on Canada-wide warrant for 2nd degree murder, has been arrested.
26 year-old Joseph Curtis Madden was taken into custody at a home in the 1300 Block of Main Street in Saskatoon. He is charged with second degree murder in the homicide of 21-year-old Madison Rene Bird-Simaganis.
On January 10th, Prince Albert police responded to a vehicle driving erratically and found a man in the front seat suffering from life threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital, but died on January 13th.
Madden will make his first appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday.
