A third suspect has been identified, arrested and charged in connection with a shooting in Prince Albert last October.

On January 26, P-A Police arrested 22-year-old Keistin Blake Deschambault at a residence in Prince Albert. He is charged with attempted murder, pointing a firearm, intentional discharge of a firearm and numerous other offences after a 31-year-old man was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds from an incident on October 4. At that time, police responded to reports of gunshots near the intersection of 28th Street and 6th Avenue East. The suspects fled in a vehicle, but police were able to find it travelling at a high rate of speed before it collided with a fence near the area of 15th Avenue and 4th Street East. Police arrested an 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man nearby…charging them with attempted murder and numerous weapons-related charges. Police are not seeking any other suspects in connection with this incident. The victim has since been released from hospital.
