The Saskatchewan health Authority are temporarily closing the drive-thru COVID test site in Prince Albert on Sunday, due to the extreme cold currently being experienced in the Prince Albert area.

It is anticipated that they will be able to return to regular operations on Monday at 8 a.m.  For all those individuals seeking COVID testing, the SHA asks residents to call 811 for a referral to the testing and assessment centre.

COVID Case in GSCS School

This weekend the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division confirmed the Saskatchewan Health Authority had informed of positive COVID-19 cases for students at St. Joseph High School and St. Anne School.

GSCS says it is working with Public Health to notify parents and caregivers and that risk of exposure for anyone not considered a close contact remains low.  The affected cohorts will switch to online instruction.
