The incident and traffic restrictions in the 1100 block of Avenue W North are over.

At about 2:30 Monday afternoon, the last remaining person in a suite of an apartment block left the unit and was arrested without incident. Saskatoon Police continue to investigate. The situation started at about 9:45 Monday morning when police were called to a report of a break and enter in progress at the apartment building in the 1100 block of Avenue W North, just off of 33rd Street. Upon arrival, several people exited the residence however one man refused and stayed inside, forcing police to restrict vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area.
