House sales in Saskatoon remained stable in August. The Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors says although listings were down four-percent from August 2018, the number of homes sold remained about the same. Association figures indicate the average price of just over $323-thousand was down three-percent while total dollar volume fell four-percent. Their statistics also say year-to-date sales are up six-percent and total dollar volume has increased five-percent. For the Saskatoon region including Warman, Dalmeny and Martensville, August listings were down 15-percent, sales were off 13-percent but the average price rose eight-percent to just over $294-thousand .
