The Saskatoon Police Service says 40 year old has been charged with second degree murder in connection to Saskatoon’s fourth homicide of 2021.

Just after 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, officers were called to the 200 block of Avenue D North about a disturbance where someone had been hurt.

A 36 year old man was taken to hospital and police indicated Wednesday he had succumbed to his injuries.

Ivan Joseph Campeau is in court this afternoon and police are not seeking any other suspects, at this time.
