Punnichy RCMP are asking for help in finding 38 year old Lindsay Charles Hunter wanted in relation to an assault reported to police on Monday. Police say the assault occurred at a residence on the Muskowekwan First Nation.

A suspect fled the residence after an altercation with the female victim, who was then able to contact police. The victim sustained serious injuries as a result of the altercation.

Hunter, of Muskowekwan First Nation, has been charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited.

There is a warrant for his arrest.

Police say he may be in the community of Muskowekwan First Nation, or Regina. He should not be approached. If you see him, contact police immediately or Crime Stoppers.
