Street light upgrades taking place on Circle Drive started Tuesday and is scheduled from 9:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, there will be lane restrictions on Circle Drive northbound and southbound median lanes between Attridge Drive and the train bridge. Saskatoon Transit may be affected by the detours.
