Back in March, the RCMP Detachment in Cochrane, Alberta began investigating what was believed to be the abduction of two children by their aunt and their grandmother.
Police now say the two girls, five and two years old, were found safe Wednesday night in the Columbia Valley, in B.C.
The children are being cared for by Child Services.
No other details are being released at this time.
